Here is my submission for this week's challenge ...
I used Stampin' Up! products for this card except for the ribbon.
Cardstock: Whisper White and Cajun Craze
DSP: Cajun Craze
Stamp Pad: Cajun Craze
Stamp Set: Best of Autumn
Ribbon: 5/8" White
Punch: 2 1/2" Circle Punch for polka dot DSP - white circle was done by hand

I used the Cajun Craze stamp pad to ink around the white cardstock. I did not ink around the white card itself.
