Stay Closed Treat Box

Isn't this the neatest box!?! You can fill it with treats and the box remains closed until you squeeze the sides.

I made some of these for friends we are going to see over the Easter weekend.

If you would like to make this box, go here.

Gummi Candy

This is the easiest treat to make! You can find the original post at Skip to My Lou.

I used Orange Crush jello and Jolly Rancher Blue Raspberry jello.

Hope you have a great day!

Sweet Treat for You

This box was made after watching the video by Angela on her blog Stamping with Amore

The stamp set used is Hey, Valentine. Blendabilities markers were used to color in the stamped image. (both items from Stampin' Up!)

The bow was made with the Envelope Punch Board (1" x 7 1/8" - punch at 1 1/2", 3 1/2" then flip and do 1 1/2" from other end - repeat on other side - punch ends of paper to give it the ribbon look).

Hope you have a great day!

Divided Treat Box

While scanning through the many crafting blogs which I follow, I came across this box made by Brenda. I thought the box was cute and that I would save it for Easter treats, but decided to make some for a couple of friends who have birthdays in February.

I only had Valentine colored Hershey Kisses, but they still look pretty cute. I have only placed a tag on one of them so far.

Hope you have a great day!

Valentine's Piggy

A friend of mine sent me a link on FB for this made out of a toilet paper roll. Unfortunately, it was trash pick up day and all of my rolls were in the icky trash can so I improvised and made this one.

Hope you like him! Have a great day!

Flower and Origami Box

This is another design by Elaine at Papercraft Button.

This is super easy! I changed the flower, but it still looks great!

Have a great day!

Origami Treat Box

Elaine with Papercraft Button made these cute origami treat boxes.

This has 20 Hershey eggs and kisses inside so it is a nice size box.

The bottom portion started as an 8" x 8" piece of DSP.

Hope you are having a great day!

Easter Treats

I decorated these bottles (purchased from Pick Your Plum) for the children I am teaching in Bible class.

I know, it is really early to have Easter treats completed, but if I don't do them now, Easter will sneak up on me and they won't get done!

Once the goodies are eaten, the bottles can be used to hold the children's favorite drink! They are BPA free so the children can drink out of them.

Have a great day!

Small Treat Box

I saw this box at the store. I thought it was cute and I had to figure out how to make it!

After four or five tries, I did it!

Here is the box open on its back.

I can finally say I figured out a box on my own!  Yay me!

Have a great day!

Clear Treat Box

I made this box after watching a YouTube video from Sam Donald (http://youtu.be/VDaL9-yFxHE).

This is such a cute idea for treats. Maybe decorations for a dinner table or shower. Candy can match the event and be seen since the box is clear!

Have a great day!

Treat Box with Pull Tab

Thanks to Vicki Collins for posting this box on a Facebook group I belong to. She did post a YouTube video for this at http://youtu.be/-LFqd9CC6Rg

This is the box I made ...

Here it is open ...

Not bad for my first try. I was too anxious to see if I followed her directions that I did not allow my glue to dry so the box did not come apart quite as clean as it should.

I hope you like the boxes! Have a great Monday!

Sandwich Box Candy Holder

I made this box from stampint.com.au's tutorial except I made a clear slider for the front instead of a perforated front. I wanted the box to be used again and again. The perforated front only allowed it to be used one time.

Hopefully you can see the clear slider in the picture below.

I hope you like it!

Sweet Treats Single Cup Holder

I needed a container to hold one of my owl cups so I created this ...

Items Needed:

2 - CS 2" x 7 1/2" score each piece at 1" at one end

1 - CS 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" score at 1 1/4" on all sides

1 - 18" piece of ribbon

Scallop Tag Punch or Small Oval Punch

Directions:

Create a box out of the 4 1/2" square piece of CS.

Adhere the 2 pieces of CS at the 1" score mark on the bottom of the box.

Punch the "handle" at the top with the Scallop Tag Punch or Small Oval Punch.

Tie the ribbon around the box and through the handles.

Decorate as desired.

Have a great day!

Sweet Treat Cups and Holder

I was given this small cup at Christmas time that was simply adorable.

I thought these would be cute to make at all holidays. I quickly ordered some cups, but they have sat in my craft room staring at me until today!

A dear friend "tagged" me on a photo on Facebook and it gave me an idea for Valentine's Day gifts.

Here is my cup ...

Here is the side view ...

Here is the finished product ...

Now to get busy and get some made for some sweet couples in our lives! I plan on wrapping these in cellophane and tying them with red ribbon.

Have a great day!

Cute Treat/Gift Bag

I follow Sam Donald's blog and today she posted this cute bag. I made this for my sweet daughter who loves the color orange.

Have a great Tuesday!

Music to my stomach!

I know, you are probably thinking I have lost my mind, but I haven't!

I made these sweet treats for my daughter's classmates. The iLove is a box of Sweetheart candies.

I hope they like them!
